Grandma's Lantern ("we", "us") makes storytelling videos for children and families. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (grandmaslantern.com) and our channels on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Our commitment to children
Our content is made for children, and we take their privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not ask children to contact us, create accounts, or share any personal details. Our videos are published as "made for kids" where platforms offer that setting, which limits data collection and turns off personalized advertising and comments on those platforms.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email grandmas.lantern.studio@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Information we collect on this website
- No accounts, forms, or cookies. This website has no sign-up, no contact forms, no comments, and sets no cookies.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
- Hosting logs. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Video platforms
When you watch our videos on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies. We receive only aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as view counts) from them and cannot identify individual viewers.
If you email us
If a parent or adult emails us, we use their email address only to reply. We do not sell, rent, or share it, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under COPPA in the United States, GDPR in the EU/UK, or the DPDP Act in India), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you or your child. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
